If you wish to cancel your order and it has NOT been shipped, we
will refund your purchase amount. If it has been shipped, we will
contact the trucking company and have it returned to us, you will
be held responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
Customer is responsible for coordinating delivery and unloading
with carrier.
If your property is not accessible by motor freight, we cannot be
responsible for any additional charges incurred to deliver your
unit.
Drivers are not required to offload delivery. Please make sure
that you have the equipment or manpower necessary to unload
your spreader. If you cannot unload your spreader, request a "lift
gate service" when making final delivery arrangements. (There
could be an extra charge for this service.)
